Pauseless does not collect, transmit, or store any information, personal or otherwise. There is no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking. No third-party analytics or advertising SDK is included.
The app performs no network access. Imported video and audio, detection results, and exported files never leave your device.
The one exception is in-app purchase, which is handled by Apple through the App Store. That communication is Apple's, and purchase records are managed by Apple. We do not receive information that identifies a purchaser.

What you submit through the form on the support page (name, email address, setup, and message) is sent from our own server to our own email address. No third-party form or analytics service is involved.
We use what you send only to answer you and to fix problems. We do not share it with anyone else. After we have replied, it remains in our mail records.
The form page uses Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated submissions. This check involves communication between your device and Cloudflare, and technical information such as your IP address is processed by Cloudflare. We do not receive it.
This concerns the website. The app itself performs no network access, and unless you submit the form, we receive nothing at all.
Imported material and exported files are kept in a temporary area on your device while you work. They are removed when you finish, when you cancel, or at the next launch.
Because the app collects no information, no additional handling arises for users of any age.
